Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals go back to the same wallet you deposited with — DANA, OVO or GoPay. We match the withdrawal route to your deposit method as a security measure, so your funds only move to an account you've already connected. Open the cashier, tap Withdraw, enter the amount you want to move, and confirm. If your account verification is complete, the request moves
to processing. We do not post specific processing windows here because wallet network speeds vary; what we can say is that verified accounts move through the queue faster than unverified ones.
- Open the withdraw tab — Go to the cashier and select Withdraw. Your registered wallet — DANA, OVO or GoPay — appears as the payout destination.
- Enter the withdrawal amount — Type in the amount you want to withdraw. The screen shows your available balance so you can check before confirming.
- Complete identity check — If a verification prompt appears, complete it before submitting. Verified accounts skip this step on repeat withdrawals.
- Funds sent to your wallet — Once processed, the amount moves to your DANA, OVO or GoPay balance. You receive a confirmation notification from your wallet app.
